ἱερέως Ἑρμοκράτου· Γοργίων Γοργίππου εἶπεν· ἐπειδὴ Φίλων Φιλίσκου Κιανὸςεὔνους ὢν διατελεῖ τεῖ πόλει Ὠρωπ̣ίων καὶ τοῖς πολίταις χρείας παρέχεται,δεδόχθαι τεῖ βουλεῖ καὶ τῶι δήμωι· πρ[όξε]νον εἶναι τῆς πόλεως Ὠρωπίων αὐτὸνκαὶ ἐκγόνους καὶ εἶναι αὐτῶι γῆ[ς καὶ ο]ἰκίας ἔνκτησιν καὶ πολιτείαν καὶ ἀσυλίανκαὶ ἀσφάλειαν καὶ κατὰ γῆν καὶ κα[τὰ] θάλατταν καὶ πολέμου καὶ εἰρήνηςκαὶ τἆλλα πάντα καθάπερ τοῖς ἄλ[λ]οις προξένοις καὶ εὐεργέταις.
Priester war Hermokrates. Gorgon S.d. Gorgippos stellte den Antrag: Da Philon S.d. Philiskos aus Kiosstets wohlwollend ist zu der Stadt der Oropier und den Bürgern Dienste erweist,wollen beschließen Rat und Volk: dass proxenos sei der Stadt der Oropier er selbstund die Nachkommen, und ihm das Recht sei zum Erwerb von Grund und Haus und Bürgerrecht und Schutz vor Beschlagnahmeund Sicherheit zu Lande und zur See, im Krieg und im Frieden,und das andere alles wie auch den anderen proxenoi und Wohltätern.
